Domain Name Maintenance and Renewal Instructions for Customers of AllVertical, Inc.

Background Information

• In order to maintain your presence on the web you need two distinct and separate Internet Services:

• Your domain name (e.g. allvertical.com) which is registered in your name

• An ISP (Internet Service Provider) which hosts the content of your website

• AllVertical Inc. is no longer providing Hosting Services to support your web site

• All domains registered by AllVertical on  your behalf are owned by you the original registrant

• If you have not changed your ISP from AllVertical your website has been down since March of 2003

• You may still wish to retain your domain name under your ownership for future use as a web site

• There is no need to move your name registration if you change ISP's just email me (reg2@kraphoto.com or reg2@kenandrewsphotography.com) your new domain name server information provided by your ISP and I will make the change

You moved your web site to a different ISP but your web site is no longer operational

• Many of you  have moved your web site to a different hosting service, however your domain name registration is still residing in AllVertical's Registrar account.

• In order for your web site to stay active you must renew your domain name before it expires

Renewal Procedure

• If you get a renewal notice from me (AllVertical Registrar) follow the instructions in the email or:

• Send email or reply to reg2@kraphoto.com or reg2@kenandrewsphotography.com to renew your domain - list domain name in the subject

• I will send you a PayPal invoice for $35 for a one year renewal.

• Multi-year renewals are $28, $25, $22, $20 per year for 2, 3, 4, and 5 year renewals respectively

• You may easily setup a PayPal account using a credit card from the email that will get sent

• I will also accept money orders, certified checks or personal/Company checks (they must clear before I will renew)

• Even if you have not re-created a web site originally hosted by AllVertical you may wish to retain ownership of your domain name

Verify your Account Information and Domain Renewal Date

• Go to http://www.networksolutions.com/en_US/whois/index.jhtml and enter your domain name (e.g. allvertical.com, yourdomain.net, etc) click on the search button and follow the instructions by entering a security code

• In the domain record page that comes up next under Administrative Contact you should see your name, address and email.

• It is vital that this information is correct especially the email address to which renewal notices are sent

• If any of your information is outdated please send corrections to me by email at reg2@kraphoto.com or reg2@kenandrewsphotography.com

• At the bottom of the record you will see the Record expires date for your domain

• You will also see my email address as the Technical Contact
